02Data we collect

When you contact us through the form or by email we may collect:

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address and phone number.
  • Work data: company or organization.
  • Details of your request: the service you are interested in and your message.

For security, our servers log technical data such as the IP address and the date and time of each request, which we use to prevent abuse (for example, mass form submissions).

To protect the form we use Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes technical information about your device and your interaction with the page (such as IP address and browser) to estimate whether a person is submitting it.

We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.

03Purposes

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary to handle your request:

  • Answering your message and following up on your request.
  • Preparing proposals or quotes for the services you are interested in.
  • Where applicable, starting and managing the business relationship.
  • Protecting the site and our services against misuse.

Additionally, we may use your email to send you information about our services. This purpose is not necessary to serve you: if you do not want to receive it, write to the privacy address at any time.

04Transfers and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose it to providers of infrastructure, hosting, email, abuse protection (Google reCAPTCHA) and, only with your consent, site measurement (Google Analytics), who process it on our behalf and may do so on servers outside Mexico.

We will only transfer your data when required by law or a competent authority, or in the other cases where the law allows it without your consent.

05ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your data or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, send a request to the privacy address including:

  • Your name and a way to send you our answer.
  • A document proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation.
  • A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
  • Any document that helps locate your data.

We will answer within the time limits set by law, through the same channel we received your request.

06Cookies and analytics

If you accept it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated site usage statistics, such as pages visited, visit duration, device type, browser and approximate location. These cookies are only set with your consent; if you decline, the site works the same and no analytics data is sent.

Google reCAPTCHA may use its own cookies, required for the security of the contact form. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can change your choice at any time; withdrawing consent deletes this site’s analytics cookies.

07Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the staff who need it to handle your request. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described and applicable legal obligations.

08Changes to this notice

This notice may change due to legal requirements or changes in our services or privacy practices. We will publish any change on this page, with its last-updated date.

09Authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
